hi, they are good readings, the brake resistance is a bit low...however does the brake click when moving the throttle lever to go forward or backwards ? if the brake is not releasing the scooter will never move... does the throttle lever feel loose ? you need to convince yourself that the throttle part is working correctly , if you double checked everything including the brake and connectors then we need to look at the controller .. Measure the battery voltage individually. If each battery has less than 10 volts, charge them with an automotive style NON automatic battery charger.

Check the motor brushes. They may need replacing.

Be careful! Only remove the wheel's central nut, NOT the outer ring of nuts yet. Remove the tyre valve slowly and with care to empty the inner tube. Remove the wheel by tapping the rear of the wheel as necessary - be careful to remove the axle key and keep it safely to one side. Remove the remaining wheel nuts split the wheel and remove the tube from the tyre and wheel. Check the wheel inner surfaces for rough spots and clean. Insert the new tube and making sure that nothing is pinched reassemble the wheel inflate the tyre to the recommended pressure in stages gently bounce the wheel once or twice to help the tyre to seat properly. Inflate to just above the recommended pressure and release surplus air. Offer the wheel up to the axle with the wheel and axle key slots exactly opposite each other. Insert the "key" in the slot and gently hammer it home. Voila, you have done it!

hi Shane, i recommend you check the fuses on the tiller .. if all okay check the fuses located on the battery leads , if fitted and check the connections to the controller which is located under the foot panel.. Regards Rob

If you look carefully at the key switch with a magnifying glass, you may be able to see where the wire came from. This will save you having to wait for a circuit diagram and get back on the road asap.

remove the key for a few minutes then put it back in it should work unless there is another problem good luck........one more thing u can try put lever in freewheel take key out put lever in drive and put key back should b ok ...cheers

What about the batteries? How old are they? Have they ever been load tested? is the charger still plugged into the scooter.

There is none. There is a circuit breaker for the batteries but is not the type you can turn off manually.

Download the service manual from pride's website. It had detailed instructions on how to do that job.

Take out the batteries and seperate the two individually. Use a regular 12 automotive battery charger on each battery. It will take a couple of days to do this but after that time reconnect the batteries and try to use the 24 volt charger to top them off. If none of this works, then the batteries are finished and new ones are in order.

Usually turning the key off and removing it then re inserting the key and turning it back on without touching the paddle levers. If that doesn't fix it then the speed pot will need to be replaced.
