One flash mean ignition failure. The sequence is: T-Stats calls for heat, inducer motor comes on, igniter glows orange (look through glass), then gas comes on and burner lights, approximately 1 minute later the indoor blower comes on. If you don't see the glow, most likely the igniter is bad. If you see the glow but no flame, it's a gas problem, supply or defective valve.

Make sure the Thermostat fan switch is in the "auto" position.

spray with a heat proof spray enamel. good as new.

I suspect water in the fuel that is freezing up due to the pressure difference across the jet and causing a blockage.

check the fuel is igniting correctly as if there is fuel going into the hot box and not burning then you will be getting a build up of un burnt fuel which will make a lot of noise until it is burnt ( LIke an engine running on too much choke).

Might be the pressure switch. If it gets blocked with dirt will not let furnace fire

You really have me scratching my head with this question. The only answer I can fathom is to get up on the roof with your camera and press the button....but that is probably not what you want to hear. Exactly what do you want to know?

I fixed my 3 blinking issue: I pulled off the small blower motor above the vacuum sensor and spun the fan with my finger. It had resistance at first but then it spun freely. I put everything back together and it ran. I figure next year I may have to buy a new motor, but I made it this year. By the way that fan creates the vacuum to allow the sensor to work. It is a safety thing I figure. If the fan seizes up again the unit will sense it and shut down.
