I have a coleman evcon furnace and it wont work it
One flash mean ignition failure. The sequence is: T-Stats calls for heat, inducer motor comes on, igniter glows orange (look through glass), then gas comes on and burner lights, approximately 1 minute later the indoor blower comes on. If you don't see the glow, most likely the igniter is bad. If you see the glow but no flame, it's a gas problem, supply or defective valve.
Can you get a replacement Evcon PN 7956-319 board
Please see link below:http://www.northamericahvac.com/servlet/the-2287/Coleman-Gas-Furnace-Control/DetailORhttp://www.climatedoctors.com/items/item.aspx?itemid=6802187I have confirmed from a number of sites that the 7956-319 and 7956-319P boards are compatible.Good luck.
I am trying to start
I fixed my 3 blinking issue: I pulled off the small blower motor above the vacuum sensor and spun the fan with my finger. It had resistance at first but then it spun freely. I put everything back together and it ran. I figure next year I may have to buy a new motor, but I made it this year. By the way that fan creates the vacuum to allow the sensor to work. It is a safety thing I figure. If the fan seizes up again the unit will sense it and shut down.
