I accidently put two discs

Try disconnecting the power, and hooking it up again. It may come out for you. If not, and you can't grab one of the discs with a pair of tweezers or something, you may have to take it apart to get to them, or take it to someone who knows how. Good luck!

plug the sony player into your home network via a network cable ( should be a network port ( RJ45 port ) on the back of it and then update the firmware - unless its already the latest version, if it is then post back with any error messages or whats happening exactly when you try to select HDMI or is it greyed out ?

Will not play blue-ray discs

The most likely cause of your frustration with the BDP-S350 is that your player's firmware is not the most current. I have the same model, and had similar problems with newer Blue Ray Discs.

The solution is to go to sony's website, download the firmware upgrade, burn it to a disc and then load the disc into the player to fix it.

I hope that helps.

Messages include: no disk, plus says there is a

Hello,
When you first set up this device you would have inserted a blue chip into the back of the player which is a "sort of" external memory. Try removing this piece and see if the issue persists, or if you've never inserted this chip, try to locate it and place it into the appropriate slot in the back and restart your machine.
If neither of these solutions work for you, you may need to perform a diagnostic check/firmware update by connecting the device to an internet source. Then power on the player without any disc in it and follow the instructions.
Hope this helps!

Keep getting no disk

The only thing a consumer can do is run a lens cleaner through the machine in the event the lens might be dirty. If that doesn't work, you'll need to send it in for repair.

Blu Ray player turns on, displays

This sounds like your Sony player is not reading the disc.
I have bought faulty DVD discs before that have given this same fault!
- I assume you have tried a disc that you know works in another DVD player?
Remember, your Sony Blu-Ray should be able to play ALL REGIONS of standard format DVD discs, so you should get sound & images from any one you choose.
