For some reason i can't explain , it seems only 50 HZ xbox games can be recorded but not the 60 HZ ones . This could be your situation .

Imake sure the lead/s that attach to pinnacle are securely seated
t could be a problem with the driver click start control panel administrive tools ,computer management ,device manager look through all of your devices if you see a yellow question mark?or exclamation mark ! or red x right click to reinstall drivers or if you can see your usb but its not working

Video transfer is very memory and CPU intensive, you should check to make sure you have at least 2 Gb of RAM. Other culprits could be an older, slow CPU, or onboard or insufficient video card.
If you haven't already, you should test the output of your video by playing it on your pc, or making a test DVD and playing in a DVD player. If the video looks good, then the jerky playback on the pc doesn't really matter. If the video's bad, you should check the above possible reasons, also make sure your video drivers are updated, and that you have the most recent driver for the Pinnacle Dazzle.

First check if the Pinnacle Dazzle Video Creator Plus Video Capture that you have is a 1 PC user or 2PC user or 3 PC user.If it is a 1 PC user then you cannot but if it is any one of the rest then you can use it on a 2nd or 3rd PC respectively.
