20 Most Recent Logitech LS-21 2.1 Speakers Questions & Answers

Hi, you need to check for problems with your sound driver. To do this go to start, control panal, system, then hardware and finally device manager. If there is a problem your audio device will be highlighted with a yellow ?. You will need to down load and install the latest sound driver for your system. If you are not sure which one; you can do a google search, or try the Realtek AC'97 sound driver, which is free to down load from a google search.
Hope this helps.

There are 2 volume controls on the audio output in windows 7. one is the system volume the other is the device volume. make sure that they are both at full and then control the sound volume on your speakers.

Try using an earphone on the system, if it works properly ( that is if the sound is good and normal) than probably your sound IC needs to be replaced as it is wearing out.

There is no additional software for your speaker system I went to logitechs website and checked for you. Here is their link to your speakers either click on the link I am sending you or copy and paste it into your web browser.

http://www.logitech.com/en-us/439/4251?section=downloads&WT.ac=sc'downloads''dd

Your only adjustment to your speakers is if you right click on the speaker and choose what you want to adjust from the pop up menu that comes up.

I hope this helps you out if it did please leave me a Yes that you were helped. Thank you
