No audio from main speakon outputs A and B

Hi, I think in most amps switching to bridge mode simply means the amp supplies its total power through the left channel only. It's the best way to use all of your amp's power but nothing comes out of the right channel. Having speakers connected to both channels would simply mean that only the Left channel works, it would not blow it. Some amps have the speakers wired to binding posts and this varies according to whether you want mono, stereo or bridged. I can't help with the power board sorry

How to hook up passive monitors to a powered board

As opposed to front of house? If you want separate amplification of a monitor system then use either the aux send channels or sub-channel outputs or control room outputs (but check these are not amplified already) connected to a separate amplifier to power your passive monitors

Got plaster dust in the board. my service guy can't get the case apart. don't suggest sending to berringer. aint gonna happen.

If it were me I would find a service guy who can actually get in to the unit! But while I'm looking I would turn it upside down, and while tapping it or vibrating it with something go over the whole board with a vacuum cleaner. After about 10 minutes of this turn it back over, brush excess dust off with soft brush or air duster, and then douse it thoroughly in electronic switch cleaner and lubricant - leave to dry. But try find a local professional to get in!

There is no sounds coming

Assuming your PAN controls are centered at 12 o'clock, likely one of the power amps has failed. There is a design weakness in insulation on the circuit board of channel A that often fries three to 5 transistors and a Zener diode and sometimes a metering resistor. The board gets charred and requires a lot of work to carve out the cancer and restore the insulation and circuit traces. If the problem persists and one continues to use it, sometimes further arcing will destroy the power supply as well.

My behringer pmp3000 doesn't seem to have much

Where do you have the gain control set on the Mic channel ?If you have no issues with either the speakers or the Mic, and the gain control for the channel you have the Mic plugged into is set at a somewhat "normal" position, you might have a problem with the mixer itself.

My mic output is very

Thiis amp has plenty of gain for mics. Make sure your mic has a good XLR to XLR cable (balanced) and connects to the XLR input connectors. If you have 1/4 inch jack cables that aren't TRS balanced on the mics, get rid of them and get XLR's.

Then push the PFL button down (LED will light red) for a single channel with a mic and adjust the trim (top knob for the channel) so that the level peaks without clipping on the main LED display when highest input to the mic is being generated. You should not get clipping then during operation.

After that you use the slider tio adjust the level for the mic. The MAIN slider should be at least up around -10 to zero during operation. If your main slider is way down, then you haven't balanced your channels properly. Do the same for each channel as the instructions for the mic above. If the gains of the other inputs are too high and the MAIN slider too low, this is what is causing your problem.

Typically the trims for mics like Shure 58 are about 3 o'clock.

High level guitars may have trims anywhere from 9 to 3 o'clock.

Ideally you will want your channel sliders to be between -10 and zero.

The FX portion of the board is clipping with no

There are several clipping indicators on this board. Do you mean that the small vertical display to the left of the FX selection window is maxed out from top to bottom? I will assume that you have ALL the FX inout knobs CCW for all channels AND the FX slider all the way down. Also does the FX selection knob work to change the effect number? Does the rest of the board work? WILL the effects pass sound when you send it through the effects? You say no sound, but was that just to say with no sound sent to it it still is clipping, or that it will not pass sound?
