Hi. I have got the same problem, and it was very easy to solve. Monitor was LG. The problem was not in the system, it was in the monitor. I just clicked the buttons on the monitor, it was on the wrong setting that divides monitor in two colors, so if it happens to you, try checking your monitor settings, mine was set to "demonstration", half was lighter than the other one, just set it to usual or user. Keep in mind the settings are on the monitor itself, not in the windows (buttons on the monitor itself) Good luck.

You can try starting laptop first and TV after some time or vice versa, tv first.

This is more likely an issue with you video card than your monitor, do all the monitors you have tested operate at the same resolution and refresh rate? It sounds like the LG monitor is running at a higher resolution and refresh rate which is causing addition load to be placed on your video card causing it to crash

You have lost your original remote and got into this by pressing info select and the option 7 UART Download. Happened to my 95 year old aunt in assisted living. You will need the original remote and simply hit (EXIT) or another LG branded remote that has the (ROUND RETURN BUTTON) on the left. Once you accidently get in to this, I have not found a universal Zenith remote that can get you out even though Channel up/down and basic funtions work.Bud retired Bud's TV Service.

I have a LG flatron wide keeps saying Analog power saving mode and than powers off how do I reset this?

Several things, it could just be turned down real low but most likely it is not getting a signal from the source. What color is the light on the bottom. If it is not green you have an input signal problem.

try separating the wiring. Touching wires can cross-talk the signals and keep it from being normal.

Is it just the fonts that are blurry, or everything? If fonts only, then this almost certainly suggests that running the ClearType tuner again would solve the problem. But this applies to all displays, so if one is good and the other is not, then this isn't it.If everything is a little blurry, then this suggests one of two problems -- the first, you report trying, which is that the display adapter is set to a different resolution than the native resolution of the LCD monitor itself. Your display adapter should probably be able to drive 2 monitors (the built-in laptop monitor and the external monitor) at once. You should be able to set their resolutions separately.Assuming Windows XP: Start > Control Panel > Display > Settings > at which point, you should see two monitors listed in a dropdown. Set them to their native resolutions there (using the slider bar, usually all the way to the right), and save.If you do have the display resolutions set to their native resolutions for both monitors, then it's possible that your external monitor is messed up. A quick test would be to run the on-screen settings, usually from a button on the monitor itself. Hold the MENU button for 5 seconds, the 'OSD LOCKED' will appear, to unlock, hold MENU button for 5 seconds, the 'OSD UNLOCKED' will appear. It may not work on ALL LG LCD panels.
