I have a Averatec D1002UHCE-1 All-In-One Intel
Google to see what are the mo bo specs for that unit and cpu upgrade. Quad core units have different sockets and will not fit into what you have. Check to see if you can go further that the 2.4GHZ intel core 2 duo - those chips pack a lot of bang for the buck.
And upgrading ram does not add speed to a computer. All is does is to help minimize the speed loss that occurs when you put the chip under load - similar to the rpm reduction of your car motor when you slip it in to drive from park. Capiche?

It could be internal where the power cord plugs into the all-in-one. If there are no lights at all when the power cord is plugged in then most likely that might be the problem. It could also be the motherboard inside the all-in-one. Hopefully there are some blinking lights or beeps when the cord is plugged in. If so, they tell the technician what the problem is.

How can i add monitor with hdmi cable to an hP all in one computer
Hello Anon,
I believe your P.C. has a DVI socket on the back, if it is a DVI-D, it only carries digital signals. If it is a DVI-I socket, it carries both digital and analogue signals, either way, you need to get a DVI-to-HDMI adaptor, (Ebay or Amazon), connect it to the DVI socket on your P.C. then plug your HDMI lead into it and the monitor.
Regards,
Ron.

My wireless keyboard doesnt work
Is it charged? Make sure you have a full charge on the batteries of the keyboard, and make sure you WiFi on the computer is functioning. Pairing the keyboard and computer should work then!
