Go to support on the Kodak website. Enter your model number and click on downloads. Select driver and download it. The software will guide you through the installation. murf427
Paper jam
This sounds like there may be one of two solutions for this issue.1) try turning it off completely then see if it will unjamm it itself.2) try removing asmany accessable components from around the paper feeding area then slowley tease out the sheetsone by one, this is very time consuming but probably the better option. hope this helps :-)
Blue color doesnt print
bip your print head in hot water for about 5 to 10 seconds. put it back into the printer without drying it. start printing immediately.
Kodak esp 5 not printing properly and no yellow
Call Kodak @1800 421 6699 and get a new printhead free of cost.....Printhead has gone bad and it is the part in which we install the ink cartridges.It takes the ink out of the cartridges and spit the ink on the papers,...Cheers and Enjoy.
Green faces no red
ink levels on the printer? if not the ink then a problem with the printer. is it a normal driver or are you using it on linux system? if linux then the driver my be incorrect.
How to clean printer head
I have replaced my Kodak ESP Printer head twice in two years. I'm with who ever said Kodak refuses top acknowledge the problem. The customer service told me that all printers have problems and they get very few complaints. I dont think I'm buying anymore Kodak products.
Kodak esp 5 won't scan
call kodak @ 1800 421 6699. This step involves advanced troubleshooting and is related with the scanner drivers of the Printers. Kodak telephone support will take care of the issue.
5250 wont print
Try plugging it in and making sure there was paper, ink and make sure the settings are right. If it won't print wireless then try connecting a usb to your computer !!!!!! -Hope it helps Anjewel
