you can disconnect the printer fron the power outlet and wait 5 min and reconnect.. if don`t resolve the problem you need to open the printer and find a smmal piece of paper jammed in the rolling. pls click if my solution was helpful and good luck

It's a .tiff file. Some photo edit programs will own them. Also try inserting it in a blank MS Word document. Then print the document.

When you go to print out the document make sure you have selected to print in black and white

Is it already in windows print menu, otherwise install it , or look for the correct settings. The transport lock is removed?

There must be a way... Usually HP printers have schematic how it is to be done. Those are in a litlle book that came with printer.
