hi take your battery out and look for a slot on the terminal end the sim goes in there there should be a picture of what way to put it in push it untill it clicks make sure you have it the right way round.

The phone would have been short circuited...You would have not given the safely remove hardware option before removing the phone or else your phone is attacked by virus,search for good antivirus in the internet and scan your device...
