u can make it jumper mean u can fix this prob with out sim card is for this contact.
5.take sim connector slight up by pin then cheak by inserting sim.
6.hot air gun on sim i.c. then cheak it.

IF make sure that the sim card hasn't been damamged at all sO Please You Go to Service
& Sim Office and Get the Duplicate Sim Same Your No From Office Oprator

hi take your battery out and look for a slot on the terminal end the sim goes in there there should be a picture of what way to put it in push it untill it clicks make sure you have it the right way round.

You may try default phone and security code to remove restrictions.
ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 000999 or 1122
Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

hello sir , i think there is problem relating to your browser in your phone , firstly you want to download another browser like opera mini , you can download it from this link http://www.opera.com/mobile from your system or m.opera.com from your mobile. Then copy it to the phone through your data cable or blue tooth ,then open the opera mini and try it you can download and browse internet easily and faster.

The phone asks for PUK code ( Personal Unblocking Key )if a wrong PIN code is entered repeatedly

PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using in your phone and not the phone itself

So kindly call the Customer support of your cellular service provider and they will provide you with the PUK code free of charge

Please note: Entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row permanently disables the SIM card. So please be careful while entering the PUK code
