It is suppose to behave like that because without SIM card inserted, the phone will never received any signal from your operator

In Office use the File Mgr. facility.
1. In Menu, Select Office then Choose File Mgr.
2. Select the files you want to transfer -> Select Option on while the file is selected. Choose Move to folder.
3. Select Memory Card, and so on.
The rest is pretty straight forward just like you would do on a PC

restore your mobile master setting (factory setting) , but before do that save your contact numbers and data in phone.

you need to answer the questions below to get started.

1. Do you remember where you left is.

2. do you have the IMEI number (that is the iternational recognized number of the phone...every phone has one.) usually on the package the the phone was placed in though i would have asked you to check but in this case we simply do not know it.

3. Does your network provider and for that matter you country have blacklisting of cell number and phones. This also means that the phone must be registered to the network.

4. Have you tried calling the number to see if someone picks it up.

5. Do you have anything to help you claim that the phone is solely your property.

SUMMERY
In some countries and network providers do offer to blacklist and block cell phones that have been registered. I do also know of a site that does similar thing though i have not gone fully into finding out everything about it but all that i know is that it is limited to certain countries.
Again you should make a report to your service provider and find out if they can trace it since some of them do offer such services for a fee (i guess some are fee but it depends)

go to settings menu->language settings->

Language settings

language.
To select the language in which you write notes and messages, select
Language > Writing language.
To select whether to use the predictive text input, select Language >

your phone has this feature of spy calling, that is why your calls get recorded on it own.....

this can be fixed by giving this oohone for customer care of your nokia

this is due the virus in your mobile

do check your sim card that it is properly inserted or not...sometimes the sim card not properly inserted so the mode can'nt be changed

Go to Menu --> Tools --> Settings --> General --> Personalisation --> Language --> Phone Language --> English

Alternatively -
Press "Home" button once, then centre (scroll) button 4 times, then Up (scroll) button 4 times and press select and change language.
