try removing the battery of your at once then try to put the battery again on its place and open your phone again.if still wont do...try to reformat it or ask your technician to change its lcd.

Most possible that the phone has a cracked main board and so the network section can be detached to make this non working. You will need to open and probe using a good magnification bench tool to look into the possible crack or damage on the board.
