Usually the pins on the FLEX shorts out when liquid gets between the connectors and dries. Or the connectors are just loose, this is because you don't take good care of your phone.

Well you have to let someone replace/reconnect/check the FLEX of the phone, Replace cost's around $20-$40 (or around 200-500Php)

Go to the opera mini settings and then look for the access points. Select the access point you currently use with your phone built in browser.

you didn't tell whats the problem why your fon is not charging...Is the charger or the phone itself?if the problem is in your charger,check the wire,particularly in the 2 ends near the connector or plug of the charger.Most common problem is in the wire itself because the conductor inside it will be in the risk of cutting due to regular movement when you are going to charge.if you check the wire is good,then the problem is on the circuit of the cahrger.,most common defect is on the 3 kinds of parts,the transistor,resistor, and diodes..if you know how to use a multi tester,you can test them on their coresponding readings.
But,if your charger is good,the posible problem of not charging is in the socket or slot where the charger connector will plug in.Check if there is a loosen foot or pins of the said part..Otherwise,if its not,the problem is on the charging regulator of your cp..

That means the flex is broken again, you need to go to the same technician and get it changed, maybe he made a mistake on mounting it
