If I understand your post correctly you say the phone is not very old - you said it began to give trouble after only a month. Clearly the service centre gave bad advice about a phone clearly still under warranty. The service centre claiming they can't fix it means nothing. Your contract is with the retailer you bought it from and no one else. The phone is faulty and so it is the responsibility of that retailer to either repair the phone or replace it free of charge. If you have problems there could be a department of your local government that will help and you certainly should contact Sony-Ericsson directly via email AND recorded delivery letter and tell them of your problems and disappointment. Don't hesitate to name the retailer and the two service centres.

try to remove the case of your mobile phone...and wipe,clean or blow the keypads...maybe the dust is blocking the keypads...if it's not working....it needs to be repair...maybe your keypad is defective :)

If you have changed the display without any luck then the main board is faulty speccially if there is no response to the start up. But if there is start up and the phone get a call answered then it is possible that the display connection/driver is faulty

Hi, It's when the screen is getting damaged that's why the screen display showed black line and now is totally blank. Needs tobe replaced.
Usually close to 20 to 25 dollars where i live. i don't no how much it will cost in your area. You can go to any replace store to fixaround your area.

there are two kinds of white screen in phone,
the first one is because of damage LCD (glass screen) ,
defective display driver (small chips that makes the display works)
and the other one is corrupted software...in damage lcd the phone will detected
by computer because its software is still working...so ,
the problem of your phone am sure is the second one ,
corrupted software....your phone needs to reprogram,and
need to go to the model of the phones care center to fix you problem...

this is due to the phones software being corrupt, try a master reset or try sony ericsson update service (on sony ericsson website)
