To camp your phone to 3G, kindly check on your users manual on how to change your network setting to dual mode. In this way your device will camp to both 2G (GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900) and 3G (HSDPA 2100)

If it ask phone lock code then phone lock is the lock code for your phone. you might uses this to protect your files on your phone.if you want to format your memory card without that phone code, connect your phone to a computer, then go to my computer then right click on the icon that contains your files (memory card icon) then click format and start
