Hello, my phone just stopped
Hi there,
Though it may sound simple, there are a few tricks to try first.
Turn off your phone, pull out the battery and SIM card. Check your SIM contacts (little gold pieces on the bottom of the card) Are they clean? If not, wipe it off with a soft cloth. Now place the SIM card and battery back in and turn your phone back on.
I worked for AT&T customer service for a good long while and this is the very first thing they will request you to do.
Attempt to make a call - If it still doesn't work, you're going to need to call AT&T customer service as they have tools to push settings and much more. Generally if your phone is acting up it's because you've left it on 24/7 and it just needs a reboot.

My current phone has water
you need to master reset your mobile to use it again. There are many providers who give the master reset codes.

Putting contacts on the SIM card
When I migrated from my Palm Centro (best smartphone ever) to my current BlackBerry, I did the following:
1) Export Palm contacts from the Palm Desktop software to CSV (comma separated values or tab-delimited text) format.
2) Import the CSV file to your Google Contacts account.
3) Wirelessly sync Google Contacts to your new phone using the free Google Sync app (link below).
4) Verify data was transferred appropriately.
Google Sync works with iPhones:
http://www.google.com/mobile/sync/
You should be able to follow the same process for your Palm Calendar by exporting your Palm Calendar from the Palm Desktop software to a file (save the exported file to your desktop, or an easy to find location on your computer), then import the Calendar file into a NEW Google Calendar, not your primary calendar (in case there's conflicts or problems, you can delete the secondary Google calendar without losing your primary Google calendar items). Google Sync should allow you to choose more than one Google Calendar to sync with your iPhone.

My screen is frozen
Hello tara_martell,
Have you tried doing a soft reset? All your information is retained when performing a soft reset. These soft reset instructions are from the Centro Tips, Hints and Shortcuts manual:
1: Press Power/End (Red Button) to turn off the screen
2: Slide the battery door downward (on back of the Centro) to remove it from the Centro
3: Remove the battery from the battery compartment
4: Align the metal contacts on the battery with the contacts inside the battery compartment, insert the battery, and then press it into place
5: Slide the battery door onto the back of the Centro until it slides into place
If this solution is helpful please click a thumbs-up rating below.
Have a great day,
