Sorry there is only one way to get it and it like chasing santa for elves!If you bought this prepaid the forget it.If you had a billable account on the phone and you ended the contract in "GOOD STANDING" then you can keep guessing until the phone ask for the "puk" code then call the providing company and provide personal account information, they will in turn say "the department that handles looking up the codes will contact you within x amount of days" they never will but you just keep calling and asking and you may get it, they will tell you to call nokia- DONT they can not do anything for you- but tell the cell company you did and they said "no call the cell provider", you may in fact get it, if your account was pass due or terminated with a bill then do not even try, I am sorry for your lost if you do not gain access, there are also third part companies that claim to proved unlocking code however not guaranteed but it's not my money.--Good Luck.

As you replace your phone cover so it may be fault of connection antennae with phone mother board. so re open your phone and go the connection of antenna.

hi i think your internet problem will be solved after you reset your mobile and even then if it isn't solved then the problem is with the router you should contact your internet provider hope that would b helpful

Hi, Only way is with a cable plugged into the multi port on the phone or possibly with bluetooth dongle in the computer. You will then need to install Nokia PC Suite into your computer to enable connection to your phone

Either you can copy the .sis file directly to your phone via USB or Bluetooth and access it from the file manager to install it.
