How can i transfer outlook
Hi
This is what to do.
Install RIM's desktop manager and you can transfer your contacts into Outlook.
When you get your q9, remove RIM's DT manager and get activesync working and you can now sync your Outlook contacts to the q9.
Thanks.

I think I have an MOTO Q 9C. Cannot hear incoming
Do you mean the ringer ( not ringing) or ear piece ( not hearing what the other party is saying). If not ringing, then first, check ringer settings. if all is ok, then ringer could have lost contact at its connection terminals or may need replacement. Please visit
this page for further support on how to change ringer settings. you could also consider doing a master reset to restore original settings. check on same page for instructions.

Resetting phone
master reset:
you can do the master reset by start>system tools>master reset
can also be done by re-booting your Q snd quickly pressing down and holding the red button and center silver selection button simultaneously before the verizon's symbol appears.
you may have to do this several times.be sure to erased the memory of your Q clean before doing this.if both doesn't work, follow the next set of instructions
1. Be
sure to have atleast 75% battery on your Motorola Q
2. Be
sure that you have backed up all data on the device since this will wipe the
device clean
3. Power off the Motorola Q
4. Power on the Motorola Q
5. Once you see the initial carrier screen, hold the center button on the navigation pad.
6. Keep it held until you get a “Master Reset?” screen.
7. Click the left softkey for “Yes” and the phone will wipe and reload the OS
from ROM
BE SURE NOT TO REMOVE THE BATTERY WHEN
YOU DO THIS or you may ‘brick’ your phone.
