This problem is due to the error in the setting set the settings on default.you may have disturbed the network setting first delete the old settings then ask for new setting to your provider . After new setting there will be no problem

The Samsung SCH-i760 is CDMA only on Verizon, which means there is no SIM card.
Technically, the SIM card is built into the phone itself and it not able to be removed/changed.

You need to try Silica Gel Packets to dry out your phone. There was a good article on associatedcontent.com that explains how to dry a wet cell phone, iPods, or any electronics.

You need to place your cell phone in a zip lock bag with Silica Gel Packets. Silica Gel will remove all the moisture from the phone and its components, something air drying will not do!

The microSD memory card MUST first be formatted, by the handset, in order for the handset to create the destination folders.

To transfer the pictures, remove the memory card slot cover. Insert the microSD card into the slot until it locks into place. Press the OK key for menu. Select Get it Now. Select Picture and Video. Select My Pictures. Select desired picture. Press the right soft key for options. Highlight move and press OK. This puts the picture on the SD card.

There are some things you will need to try more, power off the phone and power on back, while the phone is LOADING, pull out the battery from your phone and wait for some minutes before putting the battery back. See if this resolve the problem, if not, the problem could be virus problem, in this case, you will need to flash the phone to ensure the phone is virus free, in of the case, the best thing to do is to flash the phone, doing this will definitely solve the problem.

To flash your phone, you will need to go to any authorize phone repairer or a local phone repairer to help use a software to flash the phone, once the phone is flashed, the problem is solve. But i still believe pulling out the battery while the phone is loading should fix the problem. try that first.
