remove the mmc card and scan it and then format the htc

hi try formatting it hope it will solve it just switch off phone and then press green and red switch together and then while pressing this just switch it on your phone will get formated and if you are using memory card free 15 to 20 % of memory of its card the phone will get formated so do take backup.

Tap on Start > Settings (it is represented by a gray gear in front of an yellow folder. It should be the second item, from the bottom to the top, the closest one to the question mark, which stands for Help). Tap on the second tab (standing for 'System') and search for an icon representing the Earth (standing for 'Regional Settings'). Tap over it and choose the language that better suits your needs, in the dropdown menu.
This procedure won't change the ROM to the desired language, of course, but will allow you to better understand what is going on.

First of all your charger is under warranty, so you should get it replaced. Also you may use the USB data cable to charge this phone from your PC. Connect your phone to the computer/laptop using USB cable and it should charge as normal.

Try resetting your device to factory settings, but before doing so, please take a backup of everything (contacts, messages, calender etc.)To reset the device:

1. Turn off the phone and pull out the stylus.
2. With the device turned on, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN and
ENTER buttons, then press the RESET button with the stylus tip.
3. Release the RESET button, but continue pressing the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons until you see this message on the screen:
"This operation will delete all your personal data, and reset all your settings...."
4. Release the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons, then press the
VOLUME UP button to perform the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.

It might take a while to start the phone and check the WiFi after the phone has restarted. In case it still has the same issue, then it might be a hardware fault.

I have a WM6.1 device, which has threaded SMS,and I can tell you that whenever a message is selected and displayed on-screen, there is a blank bar at the bottom of the screen, which, if the cursor is elsewhere, I just have to tap over that bar and start writing there, then tap on 'Send', in order to reply to that message.
Hope that your WM version behaves like that too.

The only way I know to bypass the password request riytube is hard resetting your device. You, most probably, know that a hard reset sets your phone to its factory defaults, thus deleting all your personal data, as well as the applications you have installed. To hard reset your device, firstly, turn it off. Then, press and hold the ENTER key. Whilst keeping this key pressed, briefly press the POWER button. Release the ENTER key when a warning screen comes up. Then, press the VOLUME UP button to hard reset your device, or any other key to cancel the hard reset procedure.
Hope you are able to have your device fully functional again.

Hi there,

Looks like you should try to Hard Reset it.

This is done by having your HTC Diamond turned off first.

Then, hold the VOLUME UP and DOWN buttons at the same time and briefly press the POWER BUTTON.

Now keep holding down the VOLUME UP and DOWN buttons until you see a screen

At soon as you see this screen, you should release the VOLUME UP and DOWN buttons.
Now press the VOLUME UP button to complete the hard reset. Now this will completely format your HTC Touch Diamond as if it was turned on for the first time from the box. Everything once previously on the phone will be deleted including messages, contacts, music and the like. Hope I have been of assistance to you, Cheers :)
