The only oil would be in the high voltage capacitor.If that fails, either the oven will stop cooking, or the fuse will blow as soon as you press the "Start' key to begin cooking.More likely it is grease from cooking and just needs a cleaning.

check and see if the turn plate is on correctly

possibly the fuse has blown this will happen sometimes if there is excessive moisture or cockroaches or something strange in the power line the fuse used in microwaves is a slow blow fuse which usually compensates for these problems you also might have a high voltage problem or short note if you are thinking of replacing fuse if that is the problem remember microwaves work on very high voltages be aware of this if not confident please call repair technician keep me informed of the uotcome

If the rest of the oven works fine, then this indicates that you might have a problem with the motor that turns the turntable.

If you try to turn the turntable manually (gently), does it turn freely or is there resistance? If it turns freely, the mechanical mechanism between the turntable and motor may be broken and the motor may be ok.

The oven's microprocessor also controlls the motor. There could be a problem there.

You'll need to have it looked at by a service center. Although its not that difficult to determine which of the reasons I mentioned above is the cause, it can be however, dangerous to operate a microwave oven with the cover off and with high voltage circuits exposed.
