Touchpad enable

It is more than likely a driver issue. You can navigate to the dell support site and then search for your device. Locate your mouse pad drivers download and install them and you should be good to go.

Replace front usb

Replacing the stock mounted usb port, that would require you some screwing, but it depends on your system. You can try look at ebay for similar model of casing or other online store. There are some external Usb port that can be mounted on 5" bay, or try any 8 in 1 external.
