Oh, thanks. I see my problem is a general one with HP Printers. So, I havelost a lt of time in trying to correct that I`m giving it up. Thanks a lot, one more.
The caller ID phone having the tip & ring detection circuit to detect the incoming phone number, but in this model doesn't have tip & ring detection circuit to display other phone number but after connecting the other fax it will read the information which was stored like company name & phone number of other one..
try to reseat the cartridge in the printer
if that fails clean the copper contacts on the cartridges themselves. if that fails then you may need to replace the problematic cartridge

Hello,my friend.Have you change the cartridge?You can try reinstall the cartridges but if you have change it make sure the cartridge is compatible with your product. Follow these steps to remove the problem cartridge and reinstall it. (it should be mentioned in the error message the number of that). 1.Press the Power button 2.Open the cartridge door. Wait until the carriage is idle and silent before continuing. 3.Press down lightly on the end of the cartridge to release it from its slot, and then slide the cartridge out to remove it. ( Make sure there is no debris on the cartridge contacts and remove all protective tape from the ink nozzle). 4.If the cartridge is clean.Push the upper part of the cartridge forward until it clicks into place. (Also make sure that Tri-color cartridges go into the slot on the left and the black cartridges go into the slot on the right). 5.Close the print cartridge door. If the issue persists , let me know so we can continue to the next solution. But BE CAREFULLY do NOT touch the copper-colored contacts or ink nozzles. Do not reapply the tape to the cartridge.
In most cases the printer driver software can have errors while being in use or is shut down. So to reset remove your printer from the PC and uninstall the printer software. Now reinstall the printer software and then connect the Printer to be detected as a new hardware as it will be installed. Now check the printer properties to see the ink levels. Activate head cleaning before a test is taken . Sometimes it is possible that the head is not reacting to the need of the PC command or can be an issue with ink drying orpoor ink cartridge contacts. Sometimes the power supply unit must be checked as a poor SMPS unit can deliver low voltage and cause issues to the printer function. Check all the leads and connections of themother board , the tags to the ink cartridge. Also check the mechanical settings of the ink cartridge , if jammed or tight remove motor and manually free the drive before it is set back.
