Hi first download the updated drive and install your printer.

pls check your cartridge carrrier.

Inkjet printers need to be used frequently to prevent ink drying out and blocking the print head nozzles. If the print head cleaning maintenance routine does not clear the blockages, then print head needs replacing, but it may be expensive. It may be more cost effective to buy a later model and better printer than replace the print head.

Change new Cartridge with old one.

What do you mean by "to my Desktop" ? Do you need the drivers, or do You want some kind of link to the printer settings etc. ?

First step is to see will if it print a test page. Go to Start, settings, printers. Right click on the printer, properties, print test page.If that doesn't work there should be a head cleaning option in properties that will make it clean the print heads. Try the self-test?
