I suggest check the waste container where the ink cartridges rest. After some
time, ink sprayed into this container during cleaning cycles and builds
up to form a heap of solid waste material of ink.
On getting too high
it makes contact with the printer head and drags ink across all printed
material which is required to be cleaned out. After cleaning, re-aligning and then cleaning the heads.
Also, can use the following steps to clean the paper rollers.
1. Turn the product off, and then unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
2. Remove the rear access door.
3. Wipe
the paper rollers with a lint-free cloth that is lightly moistened with
distilled or bottled water. Rotate the rollers manually to clean all
the way around them.

4. Allow the rollers to dry completely, and then replace the rear access door.
5. Plug the power cord into the wall outlet, and turn the product on.
Many different types of paper can be used with the product; however, it
is possible that even paper that meets all of the guidelines specified
for the product might cause print problems. Try printing on a different
type of paper or on paper from another manufacturer.
Hope helps with this.
