Legal size copies

Your printer doesn't support Legal size to Scan and Copy, you can scan/copy it by reducing the size of the paper from the menu. 10% will fit since the actual paper size supported by your printer is 8.5X11.7inch while the legal size is 8.5X14inch. Hello Richard! Welcome to FixYa!If the printer report states that spooler has not running then there are few steps which fix that problem. Follow the given steps carefully:-Click Start of your PC and open the Run Command and type the command as "Services.msc"12_17_2011_8_58_16_pm.jpgThen scroll down to print spooler services, Right Click and and select Stop12_17_2011_8_59_23_pm.jpgNow delete all your Print Jobs which are in pending statusNow go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERSand delete all the files or folders listed there, Now you can try to return to the Services.msc and start the print spooler service to see if this has been fix your problemBe sure to stop the print spooler services before proceeding. First you must remove the corrupt drivers manually from the windows registry.Delete your printer driver, now try to enable print spooler service again and Uninstall the Printer Software installed in the PC, Now again install the printer driver and software.Your problem will be solved.I hope this solution helps you and you have a clear picture in your mind. My hp snprc-0802-01 all in one printer will not

Hi,First, Check if the power cables are connected properly with no loose contacts.Then Check if the LED light on the power module ( adapter ) is lit. If it is not, then the power module is faulty and you need to replace it.If the LED on the adapter is lit, try connecting the printer to a different wall jack or different socket on the surge protector.If none of this work, It could be defective printer.Regards,Suhail

I have done fax text

Wether its printing any thing? if is printing no need to clean print heads.
check telephone line, if its working, connect the telephone line in line in jack..dial the number check unit it ringing, check out going fax, is it dialing?..if yes check send/receive setting
No incoming/out going replace LIU card..

Have you tried to unplug it and replug it in? sometimes the sensors get "out of whack" if that works that is your solution.

Cannot scan from either computer

The error you are describing suggest that the program is being opened with invalid options. 1.Uninstall the product software through RevoUninstaller..

Before starting to uninstall a program be sure that it is not running. So check your taskbar at the bottom of your screen and near to your system clock, if the icon of the program you want to uninstall is there right click on its icon and select "Exit" or "Quit" or equivalent command to close it. Then select the program and start the "Uninstall" command. Uninstall process with Revo Uninstaller Pro starts the uninstalling wizard, which shows you what is happening on every step of the uninstalling procedure. During the uninstall Revo Uninstaller Pro tries to run the built-in uninstaller of the uninstalled program, if it works properly let it to do its job, but if it is not working properly here you will see an error message that you will have to skip ( ignore ). Then select an uninstall mode(Advanced) and press "Scan" button to continue further to the next step of the wizard. After the scanning completes you will see the leftover Registry items, files and folders, review, verify and delete them.

2.Download and install the latest drivers for HP OfficeJet Pro L7590 .

I have changed the cartridges

Hi clarke34,

To correct this issue, please follow the steps below.

1. Remove the black print head and gently wiped it with a cloth/tissue to remove dirt or flecks.

2. Make sure the printer is loaded with unused white paper.

3. Open HP Solution Center .

4. Click Settings , Print Settings , and then select Printer Toolbox.

5. Click the Service Tab .

6. Click Clean Printhead , and then click Clean. Clean the printheads 3 times.

If this does not work, please try the following.

1. Reload the drivers that matches your operating system for your HP Pro L7590 printer, from the link below:

2. Then click the "Install Now" OR "Download >>" button

3. When the download is over please run the file

4. Select OPEN or RUN if prompted

5. After the new driver is installed please restart your computer.
