Spilt water on mouse. Now red light on
if the mouse is working properly then you might just want to leave it, is it a rechargable mouse?
If you do want to try and fix it , you could try carefully opening it, you should not need to use much if any force and then make sure everything inside is dry, using a hairdryer on low heat can be useful.
there is a chance the water has damaged the electronics of the mouse and so you might not be able to fix the problem.

Magnifier not showing real time
Windows Vista and Windows 7 may need updated drivers made for these windows version.for your device to be able to work properly. Sometime the manufacture for older device will not make drivers for the newer windows. They want to sell newer product instead of updating the older mouse.driver.Go to the manufacture web site of you mouse if there is an updated version for your mouse for Vista.

Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 v2.0 Scrolling has gone awry
This may not be a solution for you but at least it may explain the cause of the problem. I recently had the same problem - the scroll wheel suddenly began to go crazy, jumping all the way to the bottom or the top of a document, or randomly skipping around. The unit was still under warranty, and Microsoft sent me a new mouse. Since they did not require me to return the old mouse, I decided to take it apart to see if I could find the problem. I found poorly soldered electrical joints to the optical sensor & LED which convert the scroll wheel movement to electrical signals. After I resoldered these connections the mouse worked fine again.

I am getting a message
You need new AA standard type of battery. Use alkaline battery (longest life). Don't use cheap battery because solution from battery can go out and destroy your mouse. Battery life from that mouse can be around 6 month with good battery. This is very good duration for this type of mouse.

My Microsoft Wireless Keyboard and
Hi, Check that your desk or table is level. Also download and run an adware scanner. ( adaware, Ccleaner and Malwarebites are good scanners) Run your anti-virus too. This should fix it. Good luck.

Okay so my right button
The only cause I can think of is a weak battery. If this is not the case, then the mouse could have a bad or dirty contact under the right button.
If you can scroll and the left button works well, I'd lean toward the dirty contacts.

My Microsoft Wireless keyboard 6000
This my could be a couple of thing.
1) If you are useing the same recever for both mice (new and old) it could be that.
2)it could be a driver issue witch sounds like the most probable.
or
3) check your USB/Firewire and dont use the same one try the ones on the back of your pc or the ones on the front depending on what you are useing already
