Sony play 3 wirerless controller brand new turn it
Hi there. To fix this you will need to register your new controller with your PS3.
Do the following:
Connect your New PS3 controller to the PS3 with the USB cable. Followed by the PS button on the new controller. This should send the driver to the PS3 so that it recognizes that you have a new controller.

This too happened to me before. What I found that if I repeatedly clicked the stick in, and slightly tugged on it, it would keep the stick from staying stuck in the one position. Hope this little trick works for you as well!

You won't be able to get a refund since it is the buyers fault for the damage but you could try taking the cover off the controller and drying the buttons. If it still doesn't work it can be recycled.

My PS3 wireless controller works
It sounds to me like there is a noteable delay due to a combination of things: your Bluetooth wireless controler (primary reason), and the cable connection from your PS3 to your TV. Now, to determine what the problem is specifically, you'll need to check a few things:
1. Make sure your PS3 is updated to the latest software
2. Check to make sure your cable connections from your PS3 to your TV are firmly in place. I personally have noticed that I got delayed reactions when my HDMI cable was not firmly secured to my HD TV. Weird, but as soon as I unplugged and re-plugged in the cable at both the TV end and the PS3 end, it cleared things up for me. If that does NOT work (btw, this can also be the case if you use a composite or component set up too).
3. Check to make sure that your PS3 controller is fully charged. Controllers that are partially charged occasionally do demonstrate really weird results, like the delay you're talking about. So, make sure that your PS3 controller is fully charged.
4. If the controller is fully charged AND your PS3 to TV cable is plugged in properly, then try to plug the USB cable to connect your PS3 controller to your PS3. Sometimes, for reasons I don't know about yet, this could solve the delay problem.
Dropped PS3 wireless controller in
Greetings Gprjohn,
Unfortunately, water sucks. =) Joking aside, there isn't a way to fix it. Since the water damage has destroyed all of the mechanics of your controller. Before you toss it, make sure all of the buttons don't work. If a button works, than there may be a way to replace the rest of the controller. Although this would most likely cost more than a new controller altogether. Thanks for using Fixya. =)
I have a big ben
hello,
buy alot of power cables (enough to
connect the "amp out" jack into the "input" jacks in all of the other amps. you
only need to hook up the pedal into the main amp you're using, and turn on all
of the others
however, I have a Singer 347. It was set aside for some month and not used.
Now that I need
to use it again I find that the pedal does not work, completely dead, if I step
on it on the floor. If instead I push the pedal with my fingers it works. If I
put the pedal sideways between my knees and squeeze it, it works.
The pedal is
hardwired into the machine, not plugged into it. DH's idea is to permanently
wire the pedal on (there is no on/off switch for the power) and then get me a
power tool foot pedal that works the outlet,
thanks.
The controller is charged up,
i suppose the rechargeable battery is dead or has done its lifespan and needs to be replaced.for how long have you been using the controller?2-4 years,if years this is definitely the problem.get an expert to help you replace it.hope this helps
