Almost sure you have a power supply issue. Or it could be a Y sustain board which for my set is no longer available!!!
My tv panasonic viera
The main power supply regulator section circuit fault. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.

Panasonic plasma tv doesn't turn on, red light flickers twice
hi look for any swollen capacitors, also plasma's do suffer from poor solder joints on the power board, so check for any rings around the solder pads, test the voltages on the white connectors with a meter the voltages will be written along the connector, thanks

12 blinks on th-p42x20m
These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power led, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. Viewing it in "
Mosaic" will make surf easy.

Most like one of the scan drive boards is failing. It would need troubleshooting to determine which board is weak.

Hi there I have had the Tv for 5 years and it's
I would first check any of your inputs (i.e. cable, satellite, DVD player, ect...). If you hear this buzzing sound regardless of what input you are using, then it has to be the TV. If it's the TV causing it, audio is produced on the main board or A board named by Panasonic. It is the board that has the A/V inputs on it (cable, HDMI, component). This model has 2 different main boards it could use either
TNPH0721ACS or
TNPH0721ATS. As a TV repair technician, I often use Tri-State Module and would recommend them for parts. If you don't know which board you need, their customer service is helpful. I hope that helps.
No response at all from power switch or the
could be a dead remote test with a camera ie phone. look at camera on phone etc wile looking at the remote with the camera press the button if working there should be a light coming from the remote. if not the the inferred led may have gone in the remote easy to replace it is just soldered in. take batteries out of remote. there maybe a small screw in the bottom were the batteries sit. take that out. the with a flat blade on the gap between the top and bottom of the remote on the side. use a flat blade minding your hand etc wile doing this. and pop the cover off. when you have done this there is a led at the end of the remote. replace that with the same size ir red led and put back together remote should be working again.

10 red blinking lights on my Panasonic Plasma TV,
This is a power supply issue - found a company that has used power supplies, they sell them for $60.00. We recommend a professional install the board because the voltage needs to be adjusted after the install or you could damage something else. The high voltage in the set can KILL you soe be very careful. The web address for the PS board is plasmafix.com.
