That happens when a movie from the UK in PAL is converted to NTSC and drops a frame to make it easier to convert. Over time the dropped frames get the sound out of sync. Set it to its Factory settings and check. To set it to factory settings get into its Menu Window, Select "Setup" and select factory settings.

[1] Press the ?? buttons to select Factory Setting, then press the
ENTER button

[2] Select Start and press ENTER.
The setup settings return to their factory defaults
[3] Press ENTER when Finish appears.
After reset, try to eject function.

Try unplug,replug the unit back an hour later,should have everythings,reset to Factory setting.If no,electronic component's parts burn in ur device.

When the remote control won't operate the DVD player recorder, check the batteries. Try replacing them and see if the remote works. If the batteries are fine, the code on the remote and the code on the DVD player recorder might not be the same. When aiming the remote at the unit a number will be displayed. To set the remote to the same number, which will be 1, 2, or 3, press down OK on the remote as the appropriate number at same time.God bless you

There seems to be a compatability issue, run an rca video and audio cables from the output of the vcr to the input of the tv, that should restore the video and sound.

Did you change your batteries, in most cases that will fix the problem.

Helloeither its loading motor has damaged, or its loading belt has broken. Check these.

First did you finalize the disc after dubbing? When the DVD/VCR recorder is in stop mode, press Menu and navigate to Disc Settings > Disc Finalize and select Finalize and press Enter. Select OK and then Enter again. (Navigate the menus with the up/down arrows followed by pressing enter. Use the right/left arrows to highlight an option.) If the disc was finalized, try a different brand of DVD+R or a DVD-R disc. I've seen some DVD recorders that don't work well with some brands or types of discs.
