My lg tv did not turn on no power light or standby either blue or red

are you sure that your hdmi cables are good? the first thing i would do is get one that you know is good and plug it in to your tv and to something else, and make sure both are on, and see if it works, if that don't work then you prob have a problem with your source.
Lg lcd can a bad tcon board kill all power
Yes , it can be a short on the board that will ask the SMPS unit to protect the power so as to switch off. So even with a multi-meter check you will be able to trace the short on the board, the drivers or any capacitor that is cutting off the power which must solve the issue.
Tv will not power on
Possible failure in the inverter section as the power seems to trip off as a protect function. It will be best to isolate the inverter section and see if the power build up , if so there can be a short in the inverter section possibly the drivers.Check the secondary voltages from the power supply without load and then with load, the processor seems to work as the stand by is triggered and then it shut off on protection.Check by isolation.
