Transcend Tsonic 650 4GB mp3 player not starting up and not responding.. When I try to switch on the player, its not at all switching on.When I connect it to my PC, it shows busy symbol on its display and not responding from there on. Also its not getting recognised by PC. Please

Try and reset the player by inserting a pointed object inside the small hole, press and hold for 5-10 seconds to let the player reset. If this doesn't work then connect the player with the computer and let it charge for a while. Now go to control panel-> administrative tools-> computer management/system management-> storage, check if you are able to see the mp3 player here. If it is visible then try a reset and try again. If not then reset the player while it is connected with the system. This will resolve your issue.

Insert your memory card into your computer's reader if you have one. If not, you can purchase a multi-format USB Memory Card reader from Amazon.com or Buy.com

Open up 'My Computer'. You should see it under the list of available drives.

Check its contents first to make sure that you have the right drive.

In 'My Computer', right-click on the drive and choose 'Format'.

Leave all the options as they are and click on 'Start'. This is a non-reversible process so make sure this is what you truly wanted to do in the first place.

Once the process is completed, take the memory card out and insert it into your Digital Camera or any other device. Try to browse to it to make sure it works fine now.

Connect your trancsend to a PC, aftert he device is detected please select the files you will need to put into the ipod, arrange them in advance according to the requirement for the audio/ video sections. Use the sofware to convert the audio/ video files and sent them to the transcent. You can then safely remove the hardware after shutting down from the PC. Then put the ipod on and selct teh required files according to the menu.. there you are .. good luck hope this helps.. good day

download the firmware here http://www.transcendusa.com/Support/DLCenter/Driver/MP630FWV1.52.zip now 1. Press and hold the “Reset” button on MP630 for 2 seconds. 2. Press and hold the “Volume Down“ button and connect MP630 to an available USB port on a computer.

One reset button will be there in the set, you press it once, the problem wil get corrected itself.

One more thing You can use any Charger Which has 5V 200mA With Mini USB connecter
But never use 5V 500mA Charger. It may damage your MP3 Player
It is not safe for Transcend MP3/4 Player
Second thing you can charge any Mp3 Player with Fly V 60 Mobile phone Charger.
Because Its specification are 6V 300mA.
