Transcend T-Sonic 850 Digital Media Player Questions & Answers
Digidoor ii wall console will not open or close the garage door
First thing to check is the power. If this is on, then the only answer is that your green wire linking console button to the motor has a break in it. I found my break at the motor connection - after time this had been bent and weakened and had snapped. I snipped end of green wire (motor side), cut away plastic and reconnected to motor connection with two arrows up and down, and wa la! Try it.

My t.sonic 850 music player getting heat while
Hi shivak981...
Try this solution to your problem.
Go to Device Manager
To get to Device Manager you will:
Right click on My Computer>Properties>click the Hardware Tab>Device Manager.
After you are in Device Manager look for your MP3 player or Unit.
Here you should see no "Yellow" exclamation points.
If you do they they are telling you that you have a device conflict.
If you currnetly have your unit plugged in, you may notice the "unknown device" which would be your Player or Unit.
If you unit has an exclamation point by it, then you will need to click on it and delete it.
After you remove all devices with conflicts then click on refresh and search again for your MP3 player/Device.
The computer should install your device this time and solve your problem with connection of the MP3 player/Device.
Please take time to rate me thumbs up.

How to download videos in my transcend mp850
plug your mp4 player to computer with USB cable
locate your Video folder on laptop, for instance, on WIN7, they are located in "libraries"
when you locate the files you want to transfer, just right click and select "send to",
the player should be listed as a drive.
when it shows, select the "Video" folder on player and left click to select.
the file should start to transfer.
Do this with each folder or select all you want at once.
warning..it may take a while for a large group to transfer.
Good luck
Let me know if you have any other questions.

Can we view movies in
Yes you can view movies BUT the movies files must be converted to a format that can be played on your media player.
You need earphones to listen to music and movies.
Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine thetype of video file format it uses.
Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI andWMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX.
If your player cannot play a video then it is anincompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to aformat that your MP3 player uses.

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format.
You need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto yourcomputer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3player.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track.

When I connect my Transend Tsonic850 MP3 player
Your question appeared two times, I send my answer here also:
Try Powering it ON and OFF a few times, if this does
not correct the problem you can Reset the unit by pressing the "Reset" button for 3 to 5 seconds.
Is your T.sonic 850 properly connected to the USB port? If not, unplug it and plug it in again.
The MTP mode in the Settings menu should be set to "USB." In this mode, files
can be transferred by simply dragging them onto the T.sonic 850's Removable Disk drive letter.
You don't need any driver on PC in case of windows op.system.
If these don't help try study the user manual to find additional possibilities:

How to add a playlist??
There are two ways in which you can add a playlist....
1......by using your playlist via the player...
2......or by creating one using the computer....
First lets see the one using the player...all you have to do is go to the song navigate option...highligh the song that you wan to add to your playlist and then click the record button.you will be given two choices..one add to my playlist and two erase.....click the add to my playlist option and you will have the song added to you r playlist.....
second method is create a normal playlist using windows media player with the correct directories in the player and then copy the file to the player...
now when you press the menu button for a second or two in the songs menu...you will be displayed two choices....one file navigator and the other is playlists....
click the playlists option to access the playlists....
