The conferencing capability to bridge 2 (or more) external stations comes from the telephone equipment/service that you have purchased. Either you are behind a PABX or Electronic KSU, which provides multiple phone service to your office, or you purchase conferencing capability from your local telephone provider (Verizon, AT&T, etc). In either case, the way to initiate a conference call would be the same as when you would have a desktop/office phone and establish a conference/bridged call to external parties. Usually this occurs by having one party on the line, flashing the disconnect button momentarily, getting a new dial tone, dialing and connecting to a second party, then flashing the disconnect button again, which signals the equipment to bridge those two calls to your station.  On the SoundStation EX there is a Flash button that provides that capability of momentarily flashing the disconnect button.  Try and see if that works. If not, then you will need to make arrangements to purchase the external equipment or service from your provider.  If you have the PABX or electronic KSU, it may also be a configuration option that you will need to have your support person for your telephone system, activate for that station connected to the SoundStation EX. No it can't. One call at least must be dialed out to. Try using a conference bridge service if you want to have multiple parties call in to you. Then you and all guests only need to call bridge number which is usually toll free.

The Polycon Sound Station Premier coference phone is an analog device. You need to connect it to an analog port on your phone system.

What system is the phone on?

Check the phone cable you are using for your POTS line. Attach a phone directly to the phone jack and see if it is clear or static without the device.

thats very simple,simple when you press CNF dial the number when the call recieved press join & the number 3 for a two sec .you will be connected

are you sure this feature is not blocked on your line? check with another phone connected to the same socket if you can dial the same numbers

hello This is not a dialing but trying to connect to the IP address setup in the system. Start editing the IP address giving the one that you would have already allocated to the device in the Router (i.e. 192.168.1.99) and then reboot it. It should connect then automatically. Best regards

The easiest way to fix this is to have use TFTPD32 and set the firmware in the default directory so that when the phone boots it gets its DHCP with Option 66 from the machine running TFTPD32 and automatically pulls the firmware

Unless you are good a solder then you probably won't be able to do it. You wolud need to solder a potentiometer inline of the + voltage to the speaker. Or solder one inline with the existing one. Potentiometer = voltage control aka volume control.

Settings should be changed, if it did not resolved the issue? check your coverage area and lastly go and seek a technician to have your device check and re evaluate the condition the mouthpiece or earpiece needs to be replace.
