I have changed toner and photosensitive drum but

if the lines are vertical ..than the issue is from the rollers being dirty ..and the print head..Open it with care ..and clean the rollers and the print head..and they should be gone ..
reset it after you do that ..If you do not have a reset guide in the manual ..try to classic one with removing the power cord..and keep the power button pressed while you reinsert the power cord..keep it pressed at least 10 sec ..
Here is the manual for it ..and in here there are some tabs with actions to be made in certain cases..
see the troubleshooting pages ..
About your issue they say to clean the primary corona wire..
the action is explained on page 71

How to reset the fuser

Could you please let me know the error code? If I am right, you must be getting an error. There's no way to reset this but you have to bypass it through any means (if available). Also let me know the condition of the fuser unit, whether it's hot or not. Thanks and awaiting.

Clicking noise from Printer tray left side

Usually most of the noises are within the toner/drum unit. HAve you tried another drum/toner. Noises are funny because it's hard to pinpoint exactly where they are coming from!

It says drum needs replaced what is the drum?

In this machine it is located in the unit where you would replace the toner cartridge. It is the heart, its the imaging film like in a camera, that produces the image onto your paper. But it is a solid photo conductive cylinder in your machine, its in the cartridge that pulls out with your toner cartridge. If its life cycle has expired it needs to be replace.Goto your local office supply store and get another drum unit.
