The mx2300n only supports up to 209gsm heavy card. You must make sure that your heavy card is not over this rating.Set the bypass tray as 'Heavy' by clicking on the trays on the main copy mode screen, select type & size for bypass. Select heavy, and Auto AB as this will allow the tray guides to detect the size of your paper. Load the tray with up to 20 sheets of Heavy paper.Open your document, select Print, then properties. Under the 'paper' tab, select paper source as bypass tray, and paper type as heavy (if you miss one of these steps, the ,machine will ask to load paper due to size or type mismatch).That's pretty much it.
