Some times the there is a really small peice of paper, or debris like a paper clip stuck down in there. Your black developer has reached its life. If you are not having quality problems then go ahead and keep running otherwise you need to replace the developer. Jam codes should be POD1_NR (paper didn't reach) or POD1_S. (paper on the sensor flag). There's either a buildup of toner on the sensor flag just out of your fuser, a buildup of toner on the guide in the right door, or your fuser needs a rebuild. Or your 'pawls' (pick fingers) on your fuser are stuck, broken, or crooked.
