Does it show the finisher onscreen? or are we just talking about when printing to it. once you unplug the wire harness for the finished and power cycle the machine using the main power switch it should no longer display a finisher on the screen. You need to change the configuration of the print drivers on your computer to remove finishing options when printing. right click on the copier in your devices and printers and go to printer properties. Go to the configuration tab, and click the button for auto configure. some little fingers will pop up and tell you what to select click ok and then apply. please reset the machine by eject the power and data cable for a one minute and also re installer the printer driver

FK1 refers to the maintenance life counter for the fuser unit. The fuser rollers have a fixed life count & when that count is reached FK1 is displayed. If the rollers are worn they should be replaced but if they are ok you can reset the fuser maintenance counter in SIM 24-4 FUSER UNIT

Go into the Job review mode and highlight the pending print job (note: it may be stuck in processing). You should then get the option to delete the job.

Make sure that the pending print job is also cleared from the network print queue. They can sit in the queue and be persistent on processing, even after you've cleared the copier. Clear the queue prior to deleting the job on the copier.

If this doesn't, disconnect the copier from your network and try the above steps again, then reboot the copier and reconnect it to your network.

"Offline" means it can't connect to the printer. Check all the wires from computer to printer, unplug and re-plug. Unplug printer from wall, wait 30 seconds, plug back in. Make sure printer is on.

hi there can be possibly 2 kind of problem soft reset for malfunctioning and other one physically damage so both are expand blow 1. soft reset H5-01 to clear it with numeric key panel just press the numeric keys in sequence P, *,C, * and 1,4 and start it will clear the error code. 2. physically damaged parts checkup . usually h5-01s i get trace back to the white gear on the back of the ITB being broken where the pin seats into the gear. take it off and inspect the other side of that drive gear. if the jam is stationary there could be a path obstruction or something involved with the drive not working. run motor checks on the fuser as well. does it turn freely?
