More lines when printing or photocopying?? What color lines? For lines when printing, clean charge rollers of the respective PCUs. If not, replace PCU drums. For lines that are appearing only when photocopying, check if the slit glass or flat bed glass have white out liquid correction ink markings on them. If yes, clean them. If not, clean scanner lens and mirrors of the scanner assembly.

SC302 is a charge roller leak. clean or replace charge roller to eliminate this problem. and give the machine a good vac to clean and remove the toner inside the machine.

You need to disable all start up items

swan this model doesnt have a transfer roller its a transfer belt and even if the trasfer belt is damage the problem it would cause is that the back of the paper would be dirty.

there is no sc 555 on those machines only sc 550 and that relates to what is called a fuser web.It does need to be changed but you can reset it by pressing the following in order

1- yellow clear key
2- number 1
3- number 0
4- number 7
5- press and hold down the orange clear/stop key for 5-10 seconds.
the screen changes
select copy sp
select sp 1
scroll down to SP1902 001 and select
reset that value to 0 and select enter
switch machine off and on and that should get you going for now.
