I'm assuming it is the waste toner full message. Power down copier- Main Power. Open front door and gray handle to open left side door and pull out drum. On the top there should be an opaque disk to be removed and then you can dump the waste toner into the trash. BE VERY CAREFUL THIS COULD GET MESSY.! Slide the drum back back into position, close the left door and front door. Power up the copier and all should be good.

The only thing I can think of, without actually seeing it work, is the feed rollers. I've never liked the feed system on this model, seems to be very temperamental. It could also be the feed clutches. There was a modification that should have done years ago dealing with the feed system. I don't know if this applied to the extra two cassettes but the two upper paper pick-up assemblies were to be replaced. Gears were updated.
