Change fixing film

Hi,
do you have two drawers?

On second drawer there can be problems with pick up clutch, but... first thing first.

When you open the drawer cover, you will see one plastic vertical guide for paper, when you press it it lifts up the paper sensor flaper.The flaper must be in the midlle position of slot on these plastic quide.If it's not apply some wd 40 on edges of guide and on the flaper and left edge of the flaper.
Manualy push the guide and while holding it close the door.

there is a problem with the fixing unit, replace the fixing film assembly

Dear
This error arises due to the rotation sensor of the sleeve at fixing assy. The fixing film assy.to be replaced or the film (to minimise the cost)may be replaced if the heater contact points are ok.
If problem still found check the rotation sensor .

Hi,

For the E007.

Did you put back the green jam release lever when you replaced the film.
or did you add a printer kit.

For the E007 check if the new film is rotating in the same speed as the presure roller, check if you mounted the film sensor corectly, and if the sensor is reading the corect end of the film ( it schould be the one whit a white square on it).

You need a special program in your computer called service tool,on which is firmware,Connect your printer with computer and download firmware
