Hi My normal first step is to turn off any machine that exhibits a problem, and any other machinery to which it is connected eg a computer network etc. Leave it for about 10 minutes ad then restart it. This is sometimes sufficient to clear errors and reset the machine to an operating condition. It means you should call a tech to come out and look at your machine

E000020 waste toner is not flow, open up all of unit drum with detail. check the black n long screw of plastic.

ok have dealt with this a ton at my old job and found that if you take out all trays toner packs anything that is made to be removed then do a quick check for any paper jams or even small bits of paper that may be stuck and remove it all then put everything back together it usually fixes the issue. If that does not work then a reset of the machine may be in order simple turn power off and back on. you can hold the power button in til it shuts off or simple unplug it leave it off for about 15 seconds then turn on and check again if that doesnt help i dont know .

The fixing film assembly needs to be changed. The film will be torn on one end causing the film to track to one side causing the e007.

Your fixing film is damaged. replace the fixing film or take to a dealer and have them do it.

The proper way to shutdown the machine is to press and hold the Power button in Control Panel for 3 seconds and wait for the shutdown instruction displayed. And turn off the main power switch located at the lower right side portion of the machine.

push and hold the gray on/off button on the control panel. It will eventually ask if you would like to shutdown, select yes. It may say shut off by itself or say to shut main power off. The main power switch is on the right side toward the back and down. Flip the switch.
