Black developing unit fault, has the black developer been replaced? Was it replaced correctly, with required counters cleared and proper test run after install? Was who ever installed new developer using a vacuum cleaner? If so might have destroyed the sensor located below the developer unit. (NEVER EVER USE A VACUUM CLEANER TO REMOVE DEVELOPER STATIC ELECTRICTY can destroy the ATDC (Automatic Toner Density Control) sensor. Toner mixes with the developer, on any Developer unit. So could have a bad sensor or control board. As for the counters if the developer was replaced but counters not properly cleared then copier thinks the developer is old and will adjust voltage as required when in fact new developer is installed and messing with image issues. KONICAMINOLTA PRODUCTION PRINT MACHINES USE THOSE COUNTERS!!!!!!!!! Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at

Hi first do a cmyk test chart of each color if it happens when you do black copies then check the black imaging unit as it is not being cleaned and will give you black lines replace black drum unit
if it is on color copies black copies then the other thing to look at is the transfer belt unit and you may need to change the transfer belt
do the CMYK and you should get each color fully covered on each page see if there is any lines on the sheets in the same area you are getting the lines if so replace that color drum

Hi i have minolta Dialta 520 Photostate machine
The error code C-1028 on a Minolta Dialta 520 photostat machine typically indicates a problem with the paper feed system.
Based on your description, it seems that you have already replaced the PWB-B Board and checked all jacks, but the problem persists. In this case, there could be a few other potential causes of the error.
- Paper feed motor
- Main control board
- Gears or other parts in the paper feed system
- Paper feed sensor
Regarding the Bet Pin, it could be the name of a specific pin on the PWB-B board or in the paper feed system, but without more information about the specific location or context it is hard to say exactly what it is referring to.
It is recommended to consult the service manual of the machine, or contact the manufacturer or a professional technician for further assistance. They will be able to diagnose the issue and provide the necessary steps to fix it.
