first check current voltage may be its 220v and you put into 110v. if you put in correct voltage. then turn off copier and then push continously stop button and turn it on. After 30s it will become reset. if not then controller is not working properly.

Open the front door of the copier, copier must be on. Look to your upper left, you should see a small cover with a screw remove and the cover. Inside you will see a two small buttons, the left one, press it that should reset the copier. Then power off thw machine and wait 10 seconds and power it on. AGAIN if this code comes back. Have a technician look at it DO NOT CONTINUE TO RESET the code!!!!
