If your phone display contact service, it means the phone software is corrupt, yo solve this contact service problem, you will need flash the phone.

A month ago, it happened to my w960i phone too. I got it reprogrammed at a local repair shop for only $10. The repair man says the problem is brought about by over charging of batteries or by downloading of certain apps which eat up a huge amount of the phone's 8GB internal memory. Sorry friend there is no reset code for sony erricson to reset.Only nokia provides.You have to clear your display probem or by a guess only you have to navigate into the settings Menu > Settings > scroll down to master reset > reset all Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance. thank you for using fixya have a nice day:-)

Try reading K850i Firmware Overview.. There are some issues with firmware. Such as random reboots and BROD (Blue Ring of Death) i was recently victimized by this BROD. 037 firmware is the most stable firmware so far.. i would advise you also to downgrade your firmware first until SE releases a new and more stable firmware..

hi, is the battery in good condition? if yes, it could be virus all you need is try scan for virus and if after ward you still face the same problem..then you could try delete some applications downloaded so as to create room for space on the phone memory and memory card.

best thing is you go to data account settings in your phone and then see what what fields u need to fill like there will be some places like APN, port address and many! then u can search bsln's settings and type in to that or else call bsnl's technical helpline and take the things to be typed in those fields and fill them and save! use that account to access the net it will be done!!

You have a flex cable issue. All you need to do is to have the phone's flex cable replaced.

You need to restore the phone to the factory defaults. If this doesn't work, you'd have to bring your phone to someone that can update the phone's firmware.

It is usually due to the Handsfree profile.
Goto you main menu, then Settings, then Under General TAb, open Profiles, IF the handsfree profile is selected there, select the NORMAL one.
I guess this will be the issue, if not then this is a software/firmware bug, you need to flash it.

it is only the network provider that can get you the PUK code. So please see your network provider for the code. Do not attempt to enter just any numbers since doing do for up to 10 times will block you line totally.

Take out the sim card turn it on press left arrow and then the star button 2 time and the the left arrow again the go to network and click the first on then enter the code 0629365805320467 it should then unlock
