Well, your first problem is that the phone is not completly waterproof. (as in taking it for a swim) Many consumers have complained about this phone not actually being waterproof. I would get myself to the wireless store and complain pronto!!!!

You sim card will not register if the SIM CARD is blocked by the moperator for any specail reason, or the SIM CARD fails permanently because of it not being used for long days and it is crossed the grace period..

My advice is kindly call the operator and check the status of your number and do necessary action

You should activate GPRS in your connection from your Mobile Operator. Then they will send to you confirmation message by activating.. (there will be offers for users according to their usage,Ask your operator for the Offers).
You will receive Settings.And save it your phone.Select as default. Switch off Your Mobile And After few minutes switch on.
You are ready to use internet connection. open your service from menu....
Enjoy service.....!!!

The speakers of is no longer working that is why your phone sounds only with headphones.

The best solution is to have a repairer change the speaker of your phone or you could continue using the headphones but its best to change the speaker
