About the damaged keypad, i would sugest that you buy a new keypad, it does not cost much. Using glue will end up damaging your phone.

About the phone freezing, you might consider uninstalling some applications to free up space in your phone, or perform a factory reset to correct all the errors in the phone.

If that does not solve the problem, you might have to take it to a service center for a firmware update.

Perhaps the connection got clog up and mixed up. Try opening your front phone cover and wipe it.

Try taking the battery out for one complete minute then re-inserting the battery to reset your phone. Good luck.

Hello. The only way to do this is to go to your phone store, prove who you are and that you own the phone, and then they will do it for you. Joe

take it to a phone repair shop is best advise i can give as it seems there is more wrong than just the lcd

because k850i's are famous for having buggy software.

you can take the battery and the back off the device and place in completely submerged in a bag of white rice and leave it in there for 1 to 2 days this will help absorb the moisture, this should fix it if the water did not damage the circut boards if the water damaged the circut boards then the device is fried
