Have you tried zeros? You can possibly try six zero's or even four zero's, depending on the limit of numbers the device will allow. I had this problem with a different samsung and the shop i got it from said i had a virus, i then rang samsung and they told me to downloads re-mapping software that comes on phones cd and reset it all. since then it has been fine.

easy to solve this Go into phone menu/ settings/ call settings/ all calls/ now go to No.3 it should say "Auto reject(on), in the tab "Activation" just press left to turn off. Also you could press down to go to reject list, press centre o.k button and you can then just remove the tick from whichever name you would like to remove from the reject list press options and save. When you are on a call, if for some reason you need to look at txt messages you can just politely tell your caller to hold a sec, then press options and there will be a list of settings, one of to go to messages. Or another way is while you are on the call just press the "C" button inbetween the call send/call end buttons, untill you get the desktop on then go into menu/messages. carefull not to press call end though or else your partner will think that you deliberately hung up on them..... Not good that one.

You need to get the correct and full data settings from whatever network provider the sim card is registered to, then make sure when they arrive to your mob. that you go into options of the data txt and install. This should/will sort out your issues.

Sounds like the phone hasn't been unlocked properly. I had a similar problem and eventually just changed my sim to the original phones network. This solved all problems but i don't know wether this is the full solution to your issue. I tried to help best as though dude.
